Gretchen Barretto (born March 6, 1970) is an actress from the Philippines. Gretchen is the eldest of the Barretto Sisters with Marjorie Barretto and Claudine Barretto. She is currently in a much publicized relationship with Filipino businessman Antonio “Tonyboy” Cojuangco. They have one child named Dominique.

Currently, Barretto hosts a gameshow entitled “You and Me Against the World” on TV5, a channel owned by Cojuangco.

Barretto recently released her second album entitled “Complicated” after the successful outcome of her first album “Unexpected” consisting of classic love songs which recently became Platinum.
